We work with companies of all sizes providing unique services while adding value and growth to smaller manufacturers as well as some of the largest wire and cable manufacturers in the industry.

Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the wire and cable industry. He was the former owner and Vice President of Nesor Alloy Corporation, one of the largest conductor manufacturers in the world. Nesor Alloy was known as a leading-edge technology supplier specifically for product and alloy development. Tom managed the Procurement and Supply Chain department and later served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and played a leading role in the sale of Nesor Alloy Corporation to Phelps Dodge Corporation.

During his tenure at Phelps Dodge Corporation/High-Performance Conductors, Tom was elected to the position of Senior Director of Low-Temperature Conductors and was a key player in the consolidation of the West Caldwell manufacturing plant in Northern New Jersey to the Inman, South Carolina facility.

Tom was part of the senior management team for sales and market development at Phelps Dodge Corporation High-Performance Conductors (HPC). Phelps Dodge/HPC was later sold to International Wire Group where Tom worked as the senior advisor to the president of the division and reported on all aspects of marketing and sales, continuous improvement, and six sigma initiatives.

By way of his experience in several industry-wide departments, Tom was able to identify precisely what the wire and cable industry was missing; a consulting group specializing in all aspects of the cable and wiring industry, so in 2015, Tom founded Wire & Cable Consulting, LLC.
